NEC Introduces LaVie X World’s Thinnest Notebook

When it comes to laptops and notebooks, the trend nowadays is going thinner and slimmer. Streamlined laptops and notebooks are possible because of new technology that allowed these devices to become ever so thinner than before. And for the thinnest of them all, NEC is introducing its new LaVie X notebook.
The NEC LaVie X Notebook is considered as the thinnest notebook in the world yet. This ultrabook comes only at an incredible 12.8mm thick. Its main features include a 15.6-inch LCD widescreen display, an Intel Core i7 CPU, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD, HD camera as well as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. The LaVie X Ultrabook also comes with a 7-hour battery life. The NEC LaVie X Ultrabook is expected to come out in the Japanese market by the end of this month. No pricing details have yet been provided.
